Today is the anniversary of Kristallnacht, the Night of Broken Glass. It happened in Germany in 1938 -- a night of terrible violence against Jews. Stormtroopers, along with ordinary citizens, destroyed homes and synagogues. And 30,000 Jewish men were taken to concentration camps.
