Hazleton, Pennsylvania made national news this summer as it tried to pass local laws concerning illegal immigrants living in the city. Over the weekend, an ordinance modeled after the Hazleton law went into effect in Altoona. Bill Kibler is a staff writer for the Altoona Mirror, who's been following the story.
