In his annual State of the University address last week, and in a WPSU call-in last evening, Penn State President Graham Spanier and Vice President and Provost Rodney Erikson discussed the challenges faced by Penn State. WPSU's Patty Satalia talked with both of them about maintaining the University's land-grant mission in the face of declining resources and about the future of Penn State.
